A picture taken from Spirit Point, Friday.

Good evening everyone,

My apologies for getting this out late. I was at my masters course yesterday and today in the Fort. I am smarter now,  better fit to lead you all, hopefully not leading you over to "Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump." LOL

Compliments to you:

Mark Ramsankar, ATA president, said some really great things about Spirit and about you at the induction. Pat on the back to you! He noticed you all were exceptional people and our kids too.

Congrats to our Sara who was inducted into the ATA. We are thrilled for you and are are so happy you got your start with us.

Quick memo this week:

# Tomorrow we have our first Student council meeting. If you could send your kids just before the bell rings we'd appreciate that. These meetings often go over time due to kids arriving late.

#Math PD happens on Monday. Geri is in the back conference room meeting with the teams then the math team.

# Family finances Math Night happens on Tuesday Night we are going to have soooo much fun with this. We are playing real life with families. We could use a couple more people to man tables for us, would you like to take this in, promises to be a woot.

# Pancake breakfast happens this Tuesday. Please encourage your kids to order the money gores to a great cause the Lymphoma Society. They can not order off of their lunch card, can they Shelly and Sheena you guys can best answer that for us.

#Roger comes to visit us all on Thursday the 9th.

# exploratories happen Friday.

Leaves we found on Spirit trail

Thanks to you

@ Thanks to Natalia for being an alternate when Wanda needs relief from the inclusive Ed Bus. Those kids are so fun to be with. I only knocked down one kid and had only one blow spit it my hair, by accident but I felt the rain!

@Thanks to you all who met with the physiologist about your students.

@ Thanks to Kim and Shane  for taking kids to cross country. Thanks to Kim and Debbie for being involved so heavily in the HASS program on Thursday.

@ Thanks to you all for enjoying exploratories so much. I wished mine lasted for two hours not one!

@Thanks to our grade fours for handling a bus shortage with grace. They rock nothing gets those ladies down. They know field trip are what kids remember.

  3. Am I the only idiot who thought these pics were actually of Spirt Trail? I questioned the amount of red leaves but then though nope, I bet there must be some maples over yonder...and then I saw the wolves!!! My dad used to joke that all my years of dying my hair blonde had really paid off...today is a great example of money well spent
