Report Card Week A terrific way to catch up with our kids, a time to think deeply about that student and where they are going. A teacher always asks themselves , how well do i know that student. If the answer is not well, we seek to get to know them better next semester. Report Cards are valuable to the student and their families and the process is so valuable to us. We can always do better.  Thank Yous Thanks  so much to all of you who took in the PD last week. From chatting with you my thoughts were the sessions were valuable.  Thanks  to all who are organizing the Wing Ding in High Level this Tuesday. Many local organizations are coming in to inform our students.  Thanks to all who made student contacts this week. Since we met on Friday I will do a quick summary for those who were out. It was great to get staff together. It happens so rarely but is always super when we do find the time to meet. We acknowledge all the fantastic work being done in each and every school, that's work being done by you!!! Thank you for all you do !! There is a Drug and Alcohol Administrative procedure acknowledgment form that you are to read and sign to acknowledge you are aware of it. I have them. I will bring them around to places this week. We each shared a success in our buildings. There are many its great to hear them.  Getting many more students who require IPP's. Much more work for teachers. Budget- we are slightly overspent to date.  manpower- Darren asked the question of manpower on the La Crete/Fort side. Just A Reminder...

Some of you have been with us for a whopping 14 days. Please realize, there is no way to master anything in just 14 days. You are/we are rocking it. You are the right fit for these students, you care ( believe me there are educators who don't ). You ask questions when needed, you patiently wait for answers. You already let students tell you their stories. One boy told me his Mom was having another baby. He is the quietest kid ever, so telling me that news was a celebration.  Thank you for handling one of the busiest start ups ever with grace, calm and laughter.  La Crete and High Level are over projections by over 25 students. Fort is up by 7 students. Rainbow is right where we knew it would be, perfect. The weird things about these students is that they are doing work!!! I know... right!!!!
