Ravens Catch Snowflakes
The other day I walked toward the school and spotted a raven on the roof. I stopped for a minute to watch the huge snowflakes falling. It was such a gorgeous snowfall, you know the type I am speaking of. I looked back up at Mr. Raven and saw him putting his head up to the sky, opening his beak wide to catch snowflakes. I stood and watched for about two minutes, how cool is that. If a raven can stop to have a little fun in a day, so can we.
Enjoy your week! If it snows, stop for a moment to catch snowflakes on your tongue, just like our northern buddies the Ravens!
Congratulations

Eva Olsson is coming to our communities. She is a Holocaust survivor and if you haven't heard her speak you need to figure out how you can get to one of her sessions. Her message is different from the last time she was here.

Budget- This week I take a very close look at our budgets. They have been released for this year. I go over personnel hours etc... to make sure everything works out. We have been allotted more money for LS because of increased enrollments. Zama is also up $1800. Those budgets need to be finalized by Nov 1st. Please let me know of any purchases you think we should be making or considering.
Diplomas NEXT WEEK- thank you to all teachers who contacted the diploma writers and asked them if they would be writing digitally. This week we must let tech know. Diplomas should arrive this week. We will have a schedule for who is supervising.
